1. Introduction

These Terms of Purchase (the “Terms”) govern your purchase of products (including handbags, wallets, business cases, travel accessories, apparel, shoes, watches, and more) from Dooneuy’s official website (www.dooneuy.com) (the “Website”). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy (all available on the Website). Dooneuy reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time, with changes effective immediately upon posting on the Website. We recommend reviewing these Terms before each purchase to stay informed of any updates.

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

2.1 Order Submission

When you place an order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price (in USD, as the sole currency for all transactions). All product prices displayed on the Website include applicable taxes (where required by law) but exclude any customs duties or import fees (see Section 5 for details on customs).

2.2 Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (a “Confirmation Acknowledgment”). This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Dooneuy will send a separate “Order Confirmation” email once we have verified product availability, confirmed payment, and processed your order—this email signifies our acceptance of your offer, and a binding contract between you and Dooneuy will take effect at this point.

2.3 Order Modifications or Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order only before it is processed for shipping (i.e., within the 1-3 day shipping preparation window). We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once order processing has begun (e.g., if products have been packaged or assigned to a shipping carrier). If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined in Section 6.

3. Payment Terms

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing & Shipping Preparation: All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays) from the date of Order Confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeline: After shipping, delivery will take 6-12 business days to reach your designated address. This timeline applies to all destinations worldwide, with no distinction between domestic and international deliveries.
  • Global Free Shipping: Dooneuy offers free standard shipping on all orders to every country/region globally, with no minimum purchase requirement. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout or after order placement.

4.2 Shipping Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a “Shipping Confirmation” email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use this number to monitor your package’s transit status and estimated delivery date. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping, as the carrier needs time to log the package.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout (including apartment numbers, unit details, and contact phone number). Dooneuy is not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will notify you—you may choose to have the order reshipped (free of charge) or request a refund (minus any non-refundable fees, if applicable).

5. Customs Duties and Import Fees

Global free shipping covers only the cost of transporting your package to your destination. Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities are your sole responsibility. These fees vary by country and depend on the order value, product type, and local regulations—Dooneuy cannot predict or control the amount of these fees.

You will be required to pay any customs duties/fees directly to the shipping carrier or customs office before your package is released for delivery. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to Dooneuy, we may issue a refund for the product cost (after deducting a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and return shipping costs) or offer to reship the order once you confirm payment of applicable customs fees.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Eligibility

You may return any unused, undamaged product (in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact) for a refund within 60 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Customized/personalized products (e.g., monogrammed wallets, engraved watches), final sale items, and products damaged due to customer use are not eligible for returns, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 6.3).

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions (you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product—see Section 6.3).
  3. Ship the product(s) back to us in original condition, clearly marking the RMA number on the package. Do not ship without an RMA number, as this may result in delays or rejection.

6.3 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product (to confirm eligibility), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (e.g., 3-10 days for credit cards, 1-3 days for PayPal).
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products (sent due to Dooneuy error), we will cover all return shipping costs and process a full refund (including any original shipping fees, if applicable) or arrange a free replacement, at your option.

7. Product Availability and Descriptions

7.1 Availability

All products on the Website are subject to availability. Despite our best efforts to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasionally a product may be out of stock after you place an order. If this occurs, we will notify you via email within 2 business days and offer a choice of: (a) a refund for the out-of-stock item (processed within 5-10 business days), (b) a replacement with a similar product (if available), or (c) a backorder (with estimated restock and shipping dates).

7.2 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate, detailed descriptions (including size, color, material, and features) of all products on the Website. However, minor variations may occur (e.g., slight color differences due to screen display settings, or minor material variations in handmade items). These variations do not constitute a defect, and we are not liable for claims based on such differences. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Dooneuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, loss of profits, or inconvenience) arising from your purchase or use of our products, or from delays in delivery or order processing.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your order (whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total purchase price of the products in question.
  • Dooneuy is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, or disruptions to payment processing services.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase (including but not limited to order issues, returns, or refunds) shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation with Dooneuy’s customer service team. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
